have been instrumental in designing tailored approaches. We have
developed specialized management competencies for unique
organizations, and integrated them into a 360 degree feedback method
that incorporates inputs from workplace peers, supervisors,
subordinates, fellow seminar participants, and even spouses to
determine each participant’s natural and workplace accommodation
leadership style. We utilize a broad range of standard and
specialized tools based on the needs of our clients.
